Libby's 2 years old. She's extremely affectionate and loyal, very eager to please. She's in foster because the family that adopted her from a puppy had a hard time keeping her contained in the yard with their 3' fence. She turned into something of an escape artist and they decided that for the dog's safety, she needed to be outside the city so returned her to IBR. It's true that she loves the space she has up here, but she's also benefitted from a little more stringent enforcement than I think she had with her other family. to see her Puppy Blog just click here.
